Handyman/Finisher

What you will do:

• Perform a variety of handyman and finishing tasks on restoration projects, including but not limited to: drywalling, painting, trim work, and general carpentry.
• Removing damaged materials such as flooring, drywall and insulation.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Assist with general labor tasks and cleanup as needed on job sites.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or special requirements.
• Document stages of the job via taking photos

What you will bring:

• Experience in finishing work, construction or a related field.
• Strong carpentry skills and knowledge of building materials and techniques.
• Able to use hand and power tools typically used for finishing tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean criminal background
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable with using mobile phone apps and technology
• Willingness to learn and deliver excellent customer service
