Duties & Responsibilities

• Construction of retaining walls, paving, pathways, garden beds, and hardscapes and driveway prep
• Grading, drainage, planting of trees, shrubs, container stock, installing lawn and installing irrigation
• General labour, site clean-up, dig trenches, transporting building materials, unloading and moving building materials
• Mobile equipment operation (skid steers, excavator)

Selection Criteria

• Fit, energetic and enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture or a construction trade
• Good references. Two required and will be checked from the previous two roles
• Comfortable in a physically demanding role and happy to work outside year-round

• Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm approx
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Pay: $ Highly competitive based on experience
• Location: Penticton and surrounding areas
• Must have valid driver license and own transportation
• Class 3 or heavy trailer endorsement an asset
