Jack has a caregiver opening on his Team for Day Shifts in his private home. Jack requires assistance with all ADL’s and uses a power wheelchair for mobility.
DUTIES INCLUDE: Assisting with Bathing, Feeding, ROM Exercises and Light
Housekeeping Duties.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED providing personal care and operating lifts (two-person) assist.
HOURS REQUIRED: MON 9-12. OTHER SHIFTS AVAILABLE: SUN 9-1:00, CASUAL Morning Shifts
