As an Experienced HDPE FUSION Technician at Canline Pipeline Solution, you will play a critical role in ensuring the succssessful execution of HDPE fusion projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the fusion of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, possess expertise in pressure testing, and demonstrate proficiency in interpreting ISO drawings. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing comprehesive Quality Control (QC) packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HDPE fusion welding according to industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct pressure testing of HDPE pipelines to ensure system integrity.
- Read and interpret ISO drawings to accurately implement fusion procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Document and report any deviations from project specifications and quality standards.
- Complete comprehensive QC packages, including documentation and inspection reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HDPE fusion processes.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HDPE Fusion Technician.
- Proficiency in pressure testing procedures and equipment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret ISO drawings.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications in HDPE fusion and pressure testing (if applicable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
