Head Of Operations/Personal Assistant

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Operations/Personal Assistant to join our team. As our Head of Operations/Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support in various areas including but not limited to: social media management, retail sales, customer relations, managing Shopify, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and Shopify, be able to multitask effectively, and have detail orientated organizational skills. This is an in person position located in the Lawrence Park area.

Responsibilities

• Help create and edit content for social media account
• Manage and produce email campaigns
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms and via phone
• Update and maintain Shopify listings and inventory, ensuring accuracy and optimization
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance
• Assist with customer service tasks, such as processing orders and resolving issues
• Keep a detail-oriented list of all orders and customers
• Process and set up couriers/ship orders
• Assist in merchandising store
• Assist in ordering stock for store

Requirements

• Proven experience with social media, email campaigns on Flodesk, and retail sales
• Proven experience using/running a shopify account
• Experience with flowers is an added bonus! But not required
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Strong communication, personable, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, in-person, and occasionally remotely

This is a part-time or full-time position

• 25 - 30 hours per week - part-time
• 35 - 40 hours per week - full time
• Salary range: 35-50k a year
