Duties
- Your leadership position will require you to book and organize events, organizing staffing, managing menu needs and pricing, open and close the establishment
- Serve food and beverages to members and guests
- Manage member and guest inquiries
- Coordinate reservations and event bookings
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely execution and service of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations
- Process customer payments accurately

Requirements

- Pro Serve Certification required

- Previous experience in the food service industry is required

-Bartending experience an asset

- Experience in training staff preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to handle credit card transactions and operate Touch Bistro point-of-sale system
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a professional environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
