The Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join the maintenance team at one of the worlds largest high grade uranium deposit, located at the Cigar Lake operation in northern Saskatchewan.
In this role, you will:
-Work primarily on surface, but some underground work may be required.
-Be responsible for servicing heavy equipment as specified by preventative maintenance work orders.
-Perform preventative maintenance inspections, lubrications, as well as be able to troubleshoot equipment failures, complete overhauls and conduct repair work as required.
Required:
-Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson Heavy Duty equipment mechanic certificate
-Five years related experience with mine development mobile heavy equipment maintenance
-Ability to utilize OEM diagnostic software
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Recommended:
-Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking using SAP
-Team player with good communication skills
-Excellent safety record
