Heavy Equipment Service Advisor

With a commitment to delivering top-notch service and maintaining strong client relationships, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Heavy Equipment Service Advisor to join our team at our location in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

Position Overview: As a Heavy Equipment Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our clients' Heavy Equipment fleet. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating service requests, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of Heavy Equipment and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Service Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services for Heavy Equipment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Communicate with technicians to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical assistance and advice to clients, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis of equipment problems.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed service records, including client communication, service history, and equipment specifications.
• Generate reports on service activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with services provided.
• Gather feedback and collaborate with the team to implement improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the Heavy Equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of Heavy Equipment, including diagnostics and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in Heavy Equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Heavy Equipment industry.
