Heavy Labourer

We are looking for several physically fit Heavy Labourers for an ongoing opportunity at a busy cement plant in Richmond, BC starting early to mid-February. Shifts will be 8 hours with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break and the strong possibility of overtime (which includes overtime pay). Some shift work on weekends may also be required, and the pay is double on weekends. This opportunity will be for two to three weeks, and we are looking for people who can commit to fulltime work during that time. Please read all job duties and requirements below. Must have a valid Canadian work visa and/or legal permission to work in Canada.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to submit to a drug & alcohol test in-person (paid for by Grizzly Force)
• Must submit to a clean background check (paid for by Grizzly Force)
• Must be clean-shaven so the dust mask will fit properly
• Must not have any back injuries and be in good physical condition
• Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Experience working in confined spaces is a bonus
• Must have steel-toed boots

Job Duties:

• Cleaning, lifting, loading & unloading in a dusty environment
