The Helpdesk Level 1 position would be responsible for providing first level support to PRH users. This will include desktop, printers, VOIP phones and application support. This role will be focused on facilitating the resolution of technical issues clients are experiencing in a prompt and effective manner. The Helpdesk team will also be involved in creating and maintaining documentation for the knowledge base.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Two-year Community College diploma in Computer Technology or equivalent
- Over six (6) months of relevant and recent experience
- Orientation will be provided
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work on projects and meet appropriate deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize existing and new service requests
- Embodies the LEAN ideology by actively and continually seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
- Must have demonstrated ability to meet the attendance standards of the Hospital
- Bilingualism preferred (French/English)
