Job Summary
· Receives support tickets, responds to clients support needs, and schedules calls to techs
· Provides troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software, both onsite or remotely
· Performs hardware and systems installations for new and existing clients
· Prepares and schedules routine reviews with clients, and ascertains current and future needs
· Creates and sends reports to clients
· Manages voice mail messages, returning calls or forwarding to appropriate person
· Assists sales and technical team with research and quotes for projects and special orders
· Maintains and reports activities in CRM
· Assists sales representatives with selection, ordering, tracking shipments, and invoicing
Working Conditions
· Office environment at Simply Computing’s Head Office in Vancouver
· Working hours are Monday to Friday, but may need to be available Saturdays occasionally
· This position requires periods of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 20kg
Qualifications
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Good knowledge of Apple and PC computer products
· Basic computer troubleshooting skills
· Fluent in English, a second language is an asset
· Open minded and willing to learn
· High school completion

Experience:
- IT support: 2 years (required)
