Main Responsibilities:
-Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance.
-Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.
-Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.
-Providing excellent costumer service to various tenants.
-Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.
-Must be able to cover a guards shift on a as needed basis.
-Coordinating day to day operations to the Site Supervisor
-Responsible for ensuring that security licenses are up to date for bullpen staff.
-Assisting the Field supervisor in tracking various training matrixes for guards and the team leads.
-Maintaining Training Matrix and performing other responsibilities as per assigned by the client.
Qualification:
-1-3 years experience in security supervisor experience
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Valid Alberta Security license
-Must be able to work Monday- Friday #
-Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written.
-Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion.
-Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest
-Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
-Leadership and mentorship skills
-Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
