We are actively seeking drivers to operate our Highway Snowplows. This is an opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals who work diligently all snow season to ensure public safety.
Even when it’s not snowing, we offer guaranteed hours, 35 hours per week, for those who can commit to keeping our roads safe.
Not available full-time? That’s ok! We hire part-time drivers to ensure we always have drivers available for weather events. If you’re retired, or already have a great job, you can still help keep the roads safe, and earn some extra income while providing a service to your community.
What you need for this job:
- A valid DZ or equivalent driver’s license.
- A commitment to personal safety and the safety of others.
- The ability to self-load a truck (training will be provided), stand, lift 50 lbs., carry, bend, and reach.
- Strong work ethic, able to follow instructions, reliable, and able to work with little supervision.
- Flexible schedule and available to respond on-call to weather events.
- Willingness to work long hours during storms.
