PPL Aquatic, Fitness and Spa Group Inc. is a 52 year-old established pool, spa and recreation/lifeguard staffing firm.

We are looking to add a Recreation Supervisor and Recruitment Manager to our Aquatics, Recreation and Wellness Division.

The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is looking to establish themselves in a progressive company with room for advancement. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a background in Aquatics is preferred.

PPL’S GOALS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Initial recruiting and resume collection of all applications, including but not limited to seasonal lifeguards, recreation coordinators, and seasonal staff for the summer
• Interviewing and hiring all recreation staff and lifeguard staff
• Scheduling all recreation staff and assisting with scheduling lifeguards
• Oversight and completion of payroll on a bi-weekly basis
• Increase staff training and staff morale during visits to sites
• Increased staff supervision to allow for assurance that the company’s policies and procedures are being followed by our site staff.
• All other duties assigned within the recreation and lifeguard division.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or diploma in Hiring and Recruiting
• Previous supervisory experience
• Multi-task oriented with ability to meet objectives on time
• Good communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and one weekend a month

Candidates must have their own vehicle - a car allowance will be provided.

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
