Home Staging Assistant

Position Overview: Assist the principal staging designer with staging installations and removals at job sites. May at times be required to carry out staging removals independently.

Duties:

· Work closely with and under the direction of the principal designer

· Unpack & pack staging items

· Load & unload light-medium weight items

· Move around light-medium weight items

· Steam linens

· Hang art

Requirements:

· Fluent in English (both verbal & written)

· Valid BC driver’s license

· Owns a vehicle to travel to and from job sites

· Ability to lift/carry objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time

· Carefulness when handling staging items

· Comfortable working with basic tools such as a hammer, nails, fabric steamer

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

· Flexibility to work when called

· A creative person

Schedule:

· Casual. A few days’ notice will be provided for a job coming up. Monday-Friday between 9-5pm.

· No weekends or evenings
