Home Support Worker

Hiring a friendly Female candidate live out position.

we are hiring a permanent full-time we can staff, with potentially more hours during the week.

Duties:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming, assisting to outings, shopping and doctors appointments.
• Assist with toileting and positioning clients, when comfortable and needed.
• Perform house keeping and daily living tasks, such as cleaning, dishes, laundry and tidying up living spaces.
• Help Prepare meals and assist with eating Prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to client
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Assist with family members when needed

Experience:

• Previous experience as a care worker or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices.
• Ability to communicate with client when a problem arises
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to work your scheduled shift without abandoning your client.

You will be in inquired to have a vehicle and a valid drivers license. You must be 18 years of age or older, a female candidate is what we are looking for because of personal care.
