We are a full service landscaping company, construction ground maintenance and lawn cutting and have been in business over 25 years serving London and surrounding area. We are currently seeking a full time crew member available to start for the 2024 season.

Crew member hired will be working with our crew lead who has been at Nature's Image for 7 years and will be doing residential garden maintenance & light Landscape Construction. This includes garden renovations, stone work, planting, Fall / Spring Clean ups, & monthly garden maintenance. We provide additional paid horticulture education at Fanshawe collage for interested employees. Shop is not on the bus route, meaning emplyee must have a reliable way to and from work.

We are looking for a hard working individual who wants a career in landscaping. Ideal hired would be employed for many years to come, with opportunity to grow and learn + move up in company. We are a small family business and would also be happy with someone with some experience that wants to learn or is a good labourer.

Start time is 8:00am. We work Saturday in the spring (half or 3/4 day) until July 1st.

Job Capabilities:

-Efficient worker, highly motivated

- reliable and hard working

-Ability to operate power tools an asset but not required

-Must have previous landscaping experience + Professional Garden Maintenance experience

-Strong work ethic and ability to work independently while following instructions

-Plant identification skills an asset but not needed (training available)

-Personable to clients and other employees

-Ability to work in a team environment

-Excellent problem solving skills

Job Duties:

-Softscape and hardscape installations. Light Landscape Construction

-Pruning, Sheering, Weeding, Planting & stone work

- Driving materials to site, loading and unloading materials for projects as well as installation

-New Garden installations with planting or garden renovations

-Spring/Fall clean ups

-Mulching, planting and sod

- must be physical fit and able to light 20Kg

Work Conditions:

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
