As part of our Bullfrog Spas and Pools family, you will be helping our clients with Hot Tub, chemical and accessory sales, service troubleshooting and repair, plus answering questions about the products we offer. - Continuously look for ways to build on the Brand product knowledge as well as the competitors
- Plan & Execute on Lead generation follow-up process.
- Ensure showroom is professionally displayed for product representation, cleanliness and stock.
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding Spa inquires, merchandising, warranty questions and/or general product questions.
- Handling customer warranty processes & questions.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgement.
- Presenting contracts for client’s review
- Work within set budgets and deadlines for each sale, time management is critical.
- Business Development, networking, relationship building, new clients.
- Educating clients on what is to be provided in our services.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Other activities as defined by your supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
