Hotel Assistant (Part time / On-call)
As a Hotel Assistant, you will be the face of our facility to our guests. You will be responsible for the entire experience from beginning to end in our facilities.
What you will do:
- Greet guests and provide interactive service to the guests through phone and in-person interactions (Check in / Check out / Provide info)
- Handle Laundry.
- Handle payment (Cash and credit card)
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Requirement
- Punctual, Politeness, Efficient, willing to learn
- Basic computer skills (know microsoft excel & word)
- French and English
- Legally work in Canada
Experience: Minimum experience in a reception area or other administrative position preferrable in Hotel / Travel industries. (1-2 Years)
·Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Flexible schedule - Date and hours (Negotiable), Perferrable Morning between 0800-1200
Location: Downtown Montreal (Beside metro Berri Quam)
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
