```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel reception
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for email, scheduling, and document management
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
