But enough about us – we want you to shine! Squeakly is looking for our next House Cleaning Champion! Here is what it is all about:

· It is a full-time position (although it may be part-time for the first month or two) and you can expect to work weekdays, daytime hours. You may occasionally have weekend shifts and these are negotiable.

· The job entails cleaning houses of wonderful busy families, we will provide you with all equipment and paid training, so you are ready to shine!

· You will be a part of a team of 2-3 amazing individuals who strive to get jobs done quickly and efficiently.

· Starting wage is $23-$25 per hour. The wage can be reconsidered after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. There is always room to grow as you progress with the company!

· We offer a $150 Hiring Bonus for new employees. We also offer referral bonuses - if you have a friend who wants to work, let us know!

· We drive company cars, so if you don’t have a car – no problem! A valid BC Driver's License would be great to have but may not be necessary.

· All our projects are located in the Greater Victoria area.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a strong commitment to our core values. If you have no experience - no problem! We will introduce you to our systems and train you, so all you need is a smile and desire to help our clients shine even brighter!

Only basic English knowledge is needed for this position – as long as you understand the requirements, even if it takes online translator aid, it will be sufficient. If you are ready to learn and committed to making it a successful relationship – we will work with you!
