SalaryUTA seeks a professional office Housekeeper based in Atlanta who will be able to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to maintain and create a clean and orderly environment for our guests and employees that will contribute to maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
What You Will Do
- General office maintenance
- Maintain the kitchen area, wash dishes and put them away neatly
- Help with the set up and break down of office and conference room events and meetings
- Stock kitchen supplies, maintain kitchens for cleanliness
- Clean machines and replace supplies
- Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures
- Weekly up keep of expired food and pantry snacks
- Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Ensure all pantries are stocked based on Agent or Executive preference
- Respond to calls for urgent housekeeping issues
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action
- Creates and implements detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
- Implements daily inspections of pantries
- Implements weekly inspections of conference rooms to detect maintenance issues
- Maintains inventory of food and supplies on a weekly basis
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in a similar role at a professional office environment
- Experience providing high level customer service
- Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels
- Positive can-do attitude
- Must have a team mentality and be willing to go the extra mile
- High school degree
- Must be able to move or lift items that are at least 25 lbs
