Housekeeping Attendant

As a permanent Room Attendant, your foremost responsibility will involve collaborating with the Housekeeping team to uphold impeccable standards in room cleanliness and presentation. Ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining high-quality, well-staged rooms is at the heart of this role.

• Pay rate: $19 - $23 / hour
• Location: Gold River, BC
• Shifts: 5 days/week including weekends |Flexible
• Job type: Full-time | Permanent
• Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates not currently residing in Gold River, BC
• Accommodation: Three months' accommodation is provided

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned guestrooms to set standards
• Personalize the guest experience with initiative
• Uphold guests' privacy, belongings, and deliver exceptional service
• Follow chalet's policies, procedures, and service standards
• Stock linen closets and report maintenance defects
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
• Perform various cleaning tasks including floor care, dusting, vacuuming, bed-making, and replenishing amenities
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Preferential consideration for experience working with First Nations.
• Meticulous attention to detail for maintaining immaculate guest accommodations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
• Proficient time management and organizational abilities
• Capable of constant standing, kneeling, pushing, walking, and frequent lifting up to 30 lbs
• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada
