Job description

The Opportunity:

The Housekeeping Supervisor role will be serving the community of Airdrie Care Community Alberta. This role is responsible for ensuring top resident care is priority, with an elevated level of focus in time management and supervisory skills.

  • Excellent time and resource management skills

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with Residents and their loved ones (if applicable) to learn more about their life story and encourage them to become involved in activities at the Community
  • Assisting in ensuring the provision of high-quality services for the Residents are consistent with the Well-Being Strategies
  • Audit and Identify any health, safety or maintenance issues, and reports/documents as required
  • Performs other services/tasks/duties related to employee care partner role as assigned

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from:

  • Grade 12 Diploma or recognized equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years supervisory experience (required)
  • Leadership and conflict resolution/investigation experience (required)
