In this full time position, you will work from our office in Rosebery (hybrid work) reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner
What will you do?
  • Provide coaching and advise to people leaders in industrial relations matters including performance management
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and people leaders on policy interpretation & adherence, grievances and counselling
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partner for cyclical HR activities including performance reviews, remuneration cycles and talent development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with legislation and contemporary practices
  • Support HR initiatives and projects ranging in learning and organisation development
What experiences & competencies do you bring?
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR
  • At least 2 years experience in a HR Advisory role
  • Proven experience in handling IR/ER matters
  • Ability to manage grievances and disciplinary situations effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
