HR Analyst, People Analytics and HR Systems

Annual salary: $ 70,400.00 - 89,000.00
What you'll do
- Reporting to the Reporting and Analytics Team Lead, this role will be part of a team that is responsible for providing
system.
- This role is responsible for producing regular reporting deliverables, including HR metrics and dashboards; responding to
annual report, and Regulatory reporting).
- This role is also responsible for maintaining and continuously improving reports in the HCM system and the end-to-end
- In addition, the position will help coordinate and further develop tools and processes to continuously improve and expand
- As a member of the overall HR Systems and Analytics Tier 2 SAP support team, this role will work collaboratively with
(Employee Service Centre) and Tier 3 (SAP Technology) support teams.
- In this role, the successful candidate will also have opportunities to collaborate with other Human Resources departments
What you bring
- Must have an undergraduate degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent
- Must have experience doing reporting and analytical work using Microsoft Excel, including analysis of data using
- Must have a minimum 1-2 years of experience working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS); SAP HCM
- Must have a minimum 1-2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong client service orientation, and able to build/maintain strong working relationships.
- Experience with cloud based HCM solutions would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills, and
- Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills are required.
- SharePoint Administration experience would be an asset.
- Experience with Data Visualization software, particularly Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud would be an asset.
- CPHR designation would be an asset.
