Project: Empowering Employees Through Well-Being and Diversity-Informed Practices
Purpose:
The HR Project Assistant role is integral to the success of the project, aimed at empowering employees through diversity and inclusion training, well-being, and ethics education. This role will be pivotal in curating content, and developing training modules focused on enhancing employee understanding of diverse communities, addressing biases, and promoting well-being practices.

Qualifications / Essential Skills and Aptitudes
Represents NWC in a professional manner
Prior education and experience in developing engaging training materials and resources. Bonus if related to diversity, inclusion, well-being, or crisis management
Familiarity with tools for graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts in an accessible manner
Ability to collaborate effectively with management team, and other stakeholders where needed.
