Hr Recruiter

Primary Function: As an HR Recruiter at CRMR, you will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, owning full-cycle recruitment across all business units and locations. The HR Recruiter will promote the employer brand while utilizing innovative sourcing tactics to build talent pipelines meeting current and future growth hiring demands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with staffing needs and priorities.
• Screen applicant resumes, conduct interviews to assess candidate fit, moving top talent forward.
• Provide professional applicant status updates and respond to all candidates promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership team on role criticality, interview process, and candidate assessments.
• Prepare and extend employment offers, successfully closing candidates and promoting smooth onboarding.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as cost per hire, channel ROI and time to fill rates aiming to improve efficiency.
• Stay on pulse of latest trends, tools and technologies to enhance results, experience and compliance.

Requirements/Experience:

• Hands-on high volume recruitment experience, hospitality industry preferred
• Proven ability to create strategic hiring plans supporting growth objectives across multiple locations.
• Experience personally sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing and onboarding candidates.
• Strong ability to influence and enable hiring decisions across leadership.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service orientation
• Outstanding organization, multitasking and time management acumen
