HRIS Analyst

As the HRIS Analyst you will be responsible for the maintenance and configuration of the HRIS system (SuccessFactors) for collecting, retrieving, and utilizing employee information for Human Resources’ and business partners’ planning and activities. This role involves excellent service to our internal clients as you will support them to achieve our organizational goals


Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Lead all requests for system, process, or business change to determine feasibility, scope of work required and make recommendations
  • Lead the collaboration with external partners and internal teams to analyze, plan and implement changes to system processes, functionality, and workflows
  • Design, maintain and deliver end-user resources, tools and training materials as needed
  • Maintain and organize human resources information within the HRIS system.
  • Audit, investigate and test full front and back-end functionality to detect irregularities and recommend corrective action to stakeholders
  • Monitor HRIS workflows, roadmaps, and processes to ensure accurate functionality
  • Design reports, dashboards, and metrics to analyze and interpret extracted data
  • Develop, maintain, and revise standard reporting to deliver monthly/quarterly/annual metrics

The value you bring

  • Extensive HRIS (SuccessFactors) knowledge to understand full system functionality as it relates to all workflows, processes and practices
  • Knowledge of role base permissions and security set up for all HRIS users and various key stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing Human Resources business practices and systems capabilities; recommending process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Independent research and self-administered learning activities/courses to maintain required level of system knowledge.
  • Experience with complex Excel spreadsheets including formatting, formulas and VLookup
  • Strong capabilities of auditing, validating data and ensuring data integrity
  • History of identifying new opportunities to strengthen reporting functions, to support the achievement of business objectives
