Reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner will strategically partner with leaders to provide people solutions to business problems. The HR Business Partner works closely with leaders to diagnose needs and increase organizational effectiveness in areas such as employee engagement, leader effectiveness, organizational design, learning needs/opportunities, and succession planning and change management. The HR Business Partner develops a deep understanding of the business to deliver impactful people approaches that achieve organizational objectives and translate strategy into action. The role collaborates with the People & Organization team including People Services and COEs to deliver high impact programs that drive the business and people strategies. The HR Business Partner actively integrates the P&O vision into their key responsibilities, focusing efforts on continuous improvement, delivering an elevated employee experience, and innovative and engaging programs that align to KSPCs strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors degree in human resources
CPHR or other related professional certifications an asset
Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience working in operations functions an asset
Proven ability to recognize the long-term impacts and understand what factors will influence performance in an insightful way
Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of strategy discussions
Experience in working with business leaders in a consultative capacity
