Job Title:Human Resources Advisor (1-year term)
Annual Salary: $95,784 to $114,426

Here are a few ways you will make a difference:

  • Ensure the recruitment of qualified, capable WSCC staff through facilitating the recruitment process.
  • Work with managers and supervisors to promote healthy labour / management relations by assisting with general labour relations issues.
  • Assist with the development / Implementation and consequent monitoring of the Corporate HR Plan and associated programs and services.
  • Perform other duties assigned to achieve WSCC goals through special projects and initiatives.


What you bring to the role:

  • Completion of a relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years of progressive generalist Human Resources experience.
  • Proven knowledge of, and the ability to, apply best practices in human resource management, particularly in the areas of recruitment and retention.
  • Knowledge of Acts, Regulations and procedures appliable to human resource management.
