WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources the Human Resources Specialist (HRS) position holds a strong focus on providing a professional and responsive client and stakeholder experience. The HRS is responsible for all day to day transactions within the HRIS ensuring data accuracy and supporting all elements of the employee life cycle for a portfolio of Health Centre departments. The HRS is an integral contributor to support the provision of an excellent employee experience by ensuring seamless service provision between the Health Centre units and the Health Centre’s systems.
Using highly developed organizational skills, the HRS will negotiate and collaborate with HR partners and team members to connect systems and programs ensuring they work together seamlessly. This position will be an integral contributor to support the achievement of optimal client service delivery throughout the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, or other relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field an asset
WHO YOU ARE:
Minimum three years of experience in HR/business in a unionized environment with a service orientation
