-Ensure all routine operations and planning/execution of maintenance in accordance with business and asset plans and TransAlta processes, standards, and procedures inside a 12-month planning window
-Establish a collaborative work environment with team, peers, stakeholders, and support groups to ensure issues may be resolved in a professional and productive manner
-Coordinate monthly financial forecasting and reconciliation
-Coordinate with the capital projects team to determine scope, scheduling, and operational alignment

-Support the development of work management strategies to comply with established maintenance KPIs

-In-depth understanding of maintenance principles and planning processes
-Proficiency in utilizing SAP planning, maintenance, and SCM processes
-Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in power generation facilities, with specific gas, hydro, or wind/solar experience desirable
