- Prepare and create a variety of Ice Cream flavors and desserts
- Operate Ice Cream machines and equipment
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality
- Decorate Ice Cream cakes and other specialty desserts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
