The person in this position advises and coaches claims advisors and partner shops on developing their technical skills.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities
Review Estimates to any type of vehicle or automotive equipment and recommends ways of repairing in accordance with the company's standards and procedures
Establish the vehicle's value and proposes a settlement to the client, where it's determined that the vehicle is a "total loss"
Offer recommendations to various parties when they deem it appropriate
Writes up cost estimates and/or reports when needed.

Work place: Position located in Burlington or Mississauga, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework #LI-Remote

Qualifications
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Experience in Auto Body and Auto Estimatics (an asset)

Training in I-CAR or equivalent (an asset)

knowledge of Windows and Mitchell Ultramate Estimating system or equivalent (an asset)
