Duties:
- Researching immigration and other legal processes, requirements, procedures, records, and other documents
- Drafting, and preparing legal submissions and correspondence under the supervision of legal professionals
- Analyzing critical documents to formulate strong written arguments
- Managing files throughout all stages, including opening and closing files
- Tracking and managing critical deadlines
- Preparing and keying in legal documents and forms
- Reviewing and proofreading documents
- Setting up and maintaining filing systems
- Manage correspondence, meetings request and telephone or e-mail enquiries. Coordinates the flow of information internally and with clients
- May compile data, statistics and other information to support company’s consultants
- May perform other general office work as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Outstanding writing skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, adobe, etc. is required
- Proficient in the use of technology
- Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to perform daily tasks with little supervision
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to think critically and analytically
