Immigration Caseworker- LMIA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canadian Immigration Consultant with a specialization in Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice, preparing, and submitting LMIA applications on behalf of our clients, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their eligibility and requirements for LMIA and other immigration pathways.
• Prepare and submit accurate and complete LMIA applications to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) on behalf of employers seeking to hire foreign nationals.
• Advise clients on immigration strategies and alternative solutions, considering the latest changes in immigration policies and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures, with a focus on LMIA and work permit applications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients throughout the application process.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in handling LMIA applications and a thorough understanding of Canadian immigration procedures and policies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Canadian Immigration: 1 year (preferred)
• LMIA Applications: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• RCIC (preferred)
