Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Implementation Specialist at MaxiDent Software. As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will work with clients to help them implement MaxiDent software solutions and provide virtual and onsite training on use of product. This is a hybrid role that requires some presence in the Winnipeg office but also allows for some eventual remote work.
Qualifications
- Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills
- Experience in Implementation or Training
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not necessary
- Time management and organizational skills required
MaxiDent Software is looking for a candidate with extensive experience in software implementation and a proven ability to communicate and to transfer knowledge effectively with clients. Experience with dental software and the healthcare industry is also a plus but not a necessity.
