Description

Bilingual In-Store Advisor, Whirlpool Program

What will you do?

As a BilingualIn-Store Advisor (ISA) you will be a member of our dedicated Whirlpool Program. You have a passion for customer service and thrive in being out in the field, building relationships with Trade Partner Retail Sales Associates (RSAs). You will accomplish this through effective merchandising, educating RSAs on Whirlpool Central and effective placement of POP.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute coverage plan within assigned territory
  • Maintain knowledge of Whirlpool’s products and services and stay up to date on the latest product and service developments.
  • Conduct full floor audits using required technology
  • Complete POP placement within assigned territory
  • Weekly Price Audits
  • Educate and deliver Whirlpool key messages
  • Maintain Floor Models on selling floor by cleaning, ordering missing parts, promotions listed and correct POP placement
  • Assisted selling
  • Provide feedback from the field (captured in reporting system)
  • Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education, preferred
  • Experience working with major appliances and/or retail selling strongly preferred
  • Natural ability to quickly establish rapport with others and be the “Trusted Expert” on Whirlpool’s Products and Services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Ability to learn new computer applications
  • Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including some evenings and weekends
  • Available to travel 40% of role
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license & Vehicle
  • Must be Bilingual - French & English

  • Enjoys discovering or learning something new
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change
  • Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is an asset
