Grounds for Coffee at 2565 Alma Street is looking for long-term, flexible and reliable early-risers to join the team! Full time or part time hours available, full time preferred.

Reliable availability for 4:30am shifts is a requirement. Please check your ability to arrive on time before applying.

The ideal candidate is someone that enjoys starting their workday as early as 4:30am with an emphasis on bakery-centered duties. They must also be comfortable with customer-facing duties such as taking and fulfilling orders for food and drink.

What we expect from you:

- Ability to lift 20kg.

- Ability to meet deadlines and finish jobs with minimal supervision.

- Punctuality.

- Availability for shifts starting as early as 4:30am (required!)

- A positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

- Comfortable in a busy multi-tasking work environment.

- Weekend and holiday availability, specifically regular Sunday availability.

- Full Covid vaccination (with a minimum of 12 months since your last shot).

Ideal candidates will have a good work ethic, and enjoy keeping busy and challenging themselves.
