We are looking for an Incident Response Service Manager to join the SAP Global Security Operations team to keep the IR Analysts and IR Investigators always prepared to respond to cyber threats. As a Incident Response Service Manager, you will enable increased focus on critical areas within the IR team.
Role Information:
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of vendor engagements to maximize return on investment
  • Build bridges and maintain relationships with eh lines of business (LoBs / Product Groups)
  • Develop, track, and constantly improve executive-level metrics for program performance
  • Ensure the IR team has the necessary security tools and resources to be effective
  • Author and execute tabletop exercises between the IR Team and the LoB
  • Manage the Incident Response Plan and Crisis Management Plan as well as draft appropriate processes and procedures for the IR Team
  • Support major incident activities
  • Drive IR process improvements making IR easier to engage, faster to respond, more efficient in analysis

Experience / Role Responsibilities
  • Security certification (e.g. CISSP, GSEC, GCIH)
  • Minimum of 7+ years working in a 24/7 operational environment (Cyber Intelligence Fusion Center, or Security Operations Center)
  • Proven vendor management and process improvement and leadership
  • Expert knowledge of TTP methods and frameworks
  • Highly organized with the ability to lead meetings and engage stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, logic, and solution orientation and to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $95,600 - $205,900 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
