```Duties```
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
- Create new recipes
- Prepare and cook Indian cuisine meals and and Tandoori dishes
- Knowledge of western or other cuisine is an advantage
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the food industry as a cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong culinary skills and ability to prepare a variety of dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
