The Indigenous Peer Support worker will provide client and facility support. These positions require a commitment to a
client centered philosophy and approach to the development and support of the Substance Use and Recovery programs
and client services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Suitable combination of education and experience working with addictions related employment experience
- Valid CPR-C with AED training and First Aid certification
- Working knowledge of Windows based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet
- Satisfactory employment record required
- Successful candidate subject to provide security checks in accordance with Security Checks for Employment
