Description
Duties:
Accepts bookings for Leisure facilities and enters required digital information
Receives, processes, receipts, and posts payments
Receives and records inquiries and forwards them to the appropriate individual for action
Responds to both internal and public requests for information
Creates and maintains required records and files
Other duties as assigned
Education
Grade 12 or GED equivalent
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Valid First Aid and CPR A
Experience and Additional Requirements
Experience or training in customer service
Office Administration Certificate or Diploma perferred
