  • Move Digital records into Content Server libraries for various Parks and Open Spaces teams.

  • Support improvements to content server libraries in Parks.

  • Index hard copy records to be sent off site.
  • Develop and populate new libraries to be populated with content.
  • Arrange item in the new library.
  • Scan reports and documents to be included.

  • Support Shared Drive restructuring and maintenance. 

  • Work on Manual records management.
  • Scan reports and documents to be included into official repositories.

 
 
 
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in Information and Records Management.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic proficiency in Open Text Content Server would be an asset.
  • A Valid class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) and the use of personal vehicle.
  • Must be detailed orientated with the ability to organize data either manually or digitally in a variety of structures.

  • Demonstrate team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and relational skills.

Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
  • If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $27.16 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
