What can I expect to do in this role?

In this role, you will:
• Handle a high volume of in-bound calls and email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide detailed information on the program requirements of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program
• Immediately and effectively provide exceptional customer service to resolve client concerns and inquires

How do I qualify?

Mandatory

• You must possess oral and written French language skills at the advanced level. Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire.

Communication and Client Service Skills:

• Exceptional oral and listening skills with strong phone etiquette to provide accurate information on the program
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all written communication is clear and consistent
• Sound judgment to create customized responses for case-specific and time-sensitive issues

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Critical thinking skills to competently and consistently assess real-time inquiries from the public
• Research skills to quickly locate information and appropriately refer clients
• Sensitivity and discretion to identify potentially contentious issues and propose solutions

Organizational Skills:

• Multitasking skills to manage concurrent emails, calls and walk-in inquiries
• Prioritization skills to coordinate a variety of tasks
• Self-management skills to respond to clients quickly and accurately

Technical Knowledge:

• Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies and guidelines

Computer Skills:

• Technology skills to adapt computer programs and operating systems to optimize daily workload and productivity
• Demonstrated experience using case management operating systems and the Microsoft suite of applications
• Creativity to develop innovative tracking tools to monitor and report on program performance
