Key Responsibilities:
Install various prefabricated products, particularly focusing on outdoor amenities.
Work can also include installations of interior prefabricated products such as doors, windows, and kitchen cupboards.
Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on installed structures.
Diagnose and resolve issues with installations.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
Liaise with clients to schedule and execute installation and repair work, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of work performed.
