Position Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of Demand Management on the Enterprise Applications (EA) team, the Integrations Analyst (IA) co-op plays an important role of connecting and support system connections for the diverse applications landscape. The EA team and our department, Enterprise Solutions & Applications, partner with virtually every department in the company to ensure data and process flow across multiple platforms. As a result, applicants who are customer-focused, collaborative, and self-motivated are most successful in this role. The IA co-op will be responsible for partnering with team members and internal employees to define, document and deliver customized business solutions.

Summer Term: May 8 - August 25, 2023

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements and use cases into system requirements, participate in technical designs and test planning.
  • Development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between cloud and/or on premise applications using Dell Boomi platform; ensuring 'best in class' integration processes are implemented.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve problems with existing integration processes and environments.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes including uses cases, field mapping, transformation logics, architecture diagrams etc.
  • Identify error patterns and recommend training or revised workflows.
Required Skills:
  • Working towards university degree or college diploma.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with SQL, Javascript, Web Services or Groovy is an asset.
  • Experience in authoring process, requirements or technical documentation is an asset.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc. is an asset.
