To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Training Manager (Precision Ag). The successful candidate can work from any of our Pattison Agriculture locations and will be responsible for developing course content, delivering training modules and assessments for employees and management of Training Coordinator role.
Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
Prepare/deliver training modules to employees and customers
Create/adapt content for key focus of region
Organize equipment and other needs for training
Create strategic short and long-term training goals
Work with Training Coordinator on training schedule
Participate in onboarding sessions, and ongoing growth/development of employees
Understand technical manuals, equipment set up, operations for John Deere and other products
Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
Experienced in adult learning programs, strong presentation skills
Technical experience diagnosing/repairing electrical products
Have experience analyzing/interpreting data/reports
Extensive experience in an agriculture-related role, Service/Precision Ag preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including extensive travel
A valid Class 5 Drivers License
Valid passport, ability to travel internationally
Highschool diploma/equivalent, Ag/Business/Engineering Degree preferred
The ability to use desktop and internet applications
