YOUR INTERNSHIP

 

As part of your job, you will be asked to:

 

  • Lead project closure activities (documentation and communication)
  • Automate of various reports to reduce non-added value activities
  • Track hours spent on the project, analyze variances, and assess impact
  • Analyze current project closure processes, propose, and implement improvements
  • Capture lessons learned and implemented them of other projects

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

As our ideal candidate:

  • Studying for a bachelor in Project Management, finance, administration, or other related field
  • Be in the last year of bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master Degree Program
  • Have a good knowledge of Excel software (pivot, vlookup, etc.)
  • Demonstrate a sense of initiative, organized, meticulous and resourceful.
  • Have a team and analytical spirit and be flexible
  • Good communication skills in English written and spoken. French is an asset.
